This product is the automotive engine cover. The main point of the quality requirement about this product is the density and surface mirror polished. As follow above requirements we choice the high pressure casting as the density of the product can be controlled effectively though the produce of the large-scale die-casting machine. We will take the spectral analysis and ensure the accuracy of the material. 2. We will conduct the first article inspection, inspection and the end pieces of test. We will detect the X-ray detector during the inspection process, and the testing standards according to ASTM E505A2. Now the most important control link is that the mirror polishing products could not be used feed back. We should use the 100% aluminum ingot. 3. It is the same as the inspection procedures in the production of machining processes. We can conduct the CMM(Coordinate Measuring Instrument ) and control the dimensions. 4.
